HS4000 Valve Sleeve Replacement Kit includes a Top Cap, Rubber Sleeve, six screws, and an instruction sheet.  This replacement kit can be used for either HS3000 or HS4000 valves.  (Before removing the valve from the wall, the whole hose must be removed from the valve).
