Just had my system repaired by Emily and she did a fantastic job. My system is back up and working. I’m thrilled with the ease of vacuuming again.

Jason at Hide a Hose of AZ was so very helpful. I have an older central vacuum system. The powered hose stopped working. I had ordered a replacement hose but it didn’t exactly fit the old power head. I tried to research a new replacement power head and had narrowed down my best options but didn’t have enough information to decide. I stated making calls and found Jason at Hide a Hose of AZ. He took the time to understand what I had, what I wanted and what I needed to have my wants and needs meet. He connected me to a local dealer of the main power head I was looking at to allow me to test the equipment before buying. If I ever need to have my unit repaired or a new system installed, I will be calling Jason at Hide a Hose of AZ.

absolutely LOVE my hide a hose. I dreamed about this and tried to get a contractor to help me make it happen years ago….. yes I am very old…one day years ago I found Hide a Hose ….like to think I wished it here. Joyce helped me with a tiny problem that I created yesterday ! Immediately it was fixed. Love this company ! Customer service is for life!!!!

I have always loved vacuuming, but with my new Hide-A-Hose system I love it even more. I am actually obsessed with how easy and efficient it is! I am questioning why I ever waited so long to get one installed and highly recommend putting one in your home! It is the first thing I show people when they come to my house. My favorite part is the EBK 250 attachment because the light really shows the dirt and dust on my floors. I am beyond happy with my Hide-A-Hose and look forward to cleaning now.

We’ve had two different central vacuum systems in two other homes. Neither my wife or I liked to pull out the hose in the closet to take to each vacuum port. NO MORE with Hide-a Hose! Now we both love to vacuum!
